MINDSET REVOLUTION TO FIDELITY BANK GHANA
So Fidelity Bank Ghana is undergoing a whole transformation of the bank. There are three areas designed for the transformation and that is aligning Processes, investment in Technology and transformation of Staff.
I had a session with the team selected to lead the transformation of the bank on how they can transform the minds of staff to align with the processes and technology. Remember you can invest heavily but if the attitudes of people that will drive the investment to success are bad, then that will surely be a bad investment.
One thing I reiterated was, you can never transform the minds of anyone if the transformation team is not first transformed. So the Mindset Revolution started with them.
It was a very high engaging session with critical thinkers and I enjoyed every bit.
