Mrs Mawusi Awity’s approach to gender empowerment is not the regular one we know about.

The recently appointed CEO comes with a deliberate agenda to tackle unemployment and reduce gender disparity.

She has introduced innovative strategies to engage females in male dominated skills, such as plumbing, electrical, leather works, welding. Etc.

Her leadership brought into fruition an office dictated to gender empowerment; with a (Designated Gender Officer) set to roll out more innovative programs targeted at females in a quest to enhance their capacities to contribute to national development.

With her experience she has been able to equip young women in the country with the technical and professional skills needed for socioeconomic and industrial development.
